We have the ultimate responsibility for effective implementation of the Management System and have appointed a representative to look after all management process related Matters, to whom we have given sufficient authority and organizational freedom to identify improvements opportunities at all levels of the organization and to assist in their implementation.
It’s the Line Managers responsibility to ensure the quality of works within their area and promote a proactive approach towards continuous improvement in their Division/Department/Projects. They shall ensure that the workforces reporting to them have an adequate level of competence and skills and that they take ownership for the quality of work.
It’s important that members of our workforce at all levels of the organization adhere to the policy requirements and procedures of the Management System. It is equally important that Subcontractors and suppliers capability to meet our expectation with regards ensuring adequate control of their work has been assessed.
We are a responsible company dedicated to the safety and welfare of all associated personnel. Responsibility for safety is vested in the Control of Safety Manager and is ultimately borne by the Board of Directors.
We considers health & safety to be of top priority in the everyday activities of the company. It is the policy of the company to provide and maintain healthy working conditions for all employees, contractors and others that may be affected directly and indirectly by its activities.

We will meet or exceed all applicable laws and regulations and will take voluntary initiatives such as local Industrial Environment Agency to improve environmental performance.
We will strive to eliminate or reduce emissions, discharges, and wastes from our workshop and site operations.
We will communicate, listen and be responsive to our employees, customers, neighbors and government, and we will share information concerning potential hazards resulting from our operations or our products.
We will ensure that policy and procedures are in place to implement these principles. All managers, superintendents, supervisors and employees are responsible for implementing this policy and required procedures. We will audit our performance and the Line Managers, through our environmental audit system, and we will monitor our commitment and progress. All employees will be aware of these principles and incorporate them into the conduct of their job.
